Subtraction Graphic Organizer
The students will begin by writing the number sentence on the lines. Then the student will place or draw a particular number of manipulatives in the minuend box. The students will then move or draw the same number of manipulatives into the subtrahend box from the minuend box. They will remove or cross out the number displayed from the subtrahend box. Next, they will place or draw the manipulatives left in the difference box and write the number that represents the manipulatives below the box.
